Hello Winter Carnival Parade Participants!

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE EMAIL AND SHARE IT WITH EVERY PARTICIPANT IN YOUR ENTRY

Thank you so much for your interest in the St. Paul Winter Carnival Grand Day Parade. As of now the forecast looks chilly, so dress warmly!

Attached are 3 documents.

2019 Grand Day Parade Lineup
Map of parade route and staging area
Parade instructions

There is a very important change this year....We are ending at Kellogg Park, NOT Rice Park.

Staging/Line up area is the same as previous years. There is a change in the route and dispersal. (reference map)

You MUST enter the parade lineup area via Jefferson Avenue (as per the attached instructions).

Since this area is gated off, it makes it very difficult to get out of the lineup area once you are in it. As a result, only vehicles that are actually in the parade will be allowed in lineup area. The attached instructions contains information about limited parking.

I'm really looking forward to a beautiful winter's day and a fantastically magical parade to kick off Winter Carnival right!
