Hello, I am just 180 miles south of Duluth, in Thunder Bay, Ontario, and a member of Northstar. I am also a person who handles rescue Newfs here. Fortunately, I have had very few Newfs in need, but I still get calls for them. Perhaps you could keep me posted when there are Newfs available so I could pass this information on to prospective owners. Is there a web site? Where can rescues be seen? Thank you.

We may be interested in a foster newf as well. Family of 5: mom and dad
and 3 kids, ages 6, 3, and 6 months. We were going to wait until all of the
kids were out of diapers and then get a newf puppy but the cat, our family
pet, just unexpectedly died last month so we may be in a position to foster
a dog sooner than we thought. Please let me know what the need is and we
can see if it is a good fit for our family right now.
