Hi Patience, With her having parvo, I know I don’t have a foster that would be able to take her and be able to keep her separate from their resident dogs.

Would you be able to keep her until she’s recovered and none contagious?

I do have a couple of options for her once she’s recovered.

Missy, Martha and I are at a resort north of Park Rapids this week. I will be coming home early on Wed and driving through Little Falls. I could make room in the van and pick her up on the way home if that would be helpful. We can keep her for a few weeks, but have house guests with kids coming in early Aug and would prefer another foster by then.

Good Afternoon Missy-

I spoke with Sarah Lyons yesterday about a stray hold we have on a young newfi at the Humane Society.

Today is the day she can be purchased, but I am very afraid that someone will take her not understanding the breed, and we will end up here again.

Or worse, someone purchases her for $250 at our Humane Society, and then sells her for a much higher price, and again, they don’t understand them.

I did get permission to have them hold her yet over the weekend, until someone can tell me if they want to pick her up. She is SOOOOO sweet- but scared.
