Dear Northstar Friends, I’m sorry to say that Lindy and I won’t be at today’s meeting. We’ve decided we’re still not comfortable with going out to a meeting at this point—even with trusted friends like you all. I realize this may seem—or be—overly cautious, but Lindy and I are in a higher risk group, Minnesota is recently having a significant increase in cases, and I’ve recently had two dear friends get deathly ill with Covid-19. (One nearly died, the other survived but has serious long term damage.) I don’t mean to scare anyone! Just PLEASE be careful, take precautions seriously, and take good care of yourselves today!
