So here is our new bundle of fluff  meet Jax, 7 1/2 weeks old now.
I am wondering if anyone has any preference or suggestions as to the best harness they have found for waking a large breed like these guys?
I looked at one called the "joy harness" that people use on sled dogs. Or" pug life harnesses"?
Any opinions or suggestions I would love! Thank you so much 

Hi highly recommend the perfect fit modular harness. It comes in three parts and it’s a bit expensive but it’s the best harness I found, and I’ve gone through many

Congratulations! I have heard mixed opinions on harnesses. One frequent opinion is that harnesses actually do the opposite of what you want, meaning they teach a dog to pull.

We use a martingale style collar. My son, who was 18 at the time, taught our newf to walk a perfect heel in about a week. He just simply stopped walking and changed directions every single time Fulton pulled. It took a lot of patience, but very worth the work  Fulton was 10 weeks old at the time.

Good luck with your fluff ball! They are the best breed in my opinion.

I have the same concern regarding a harness until he learns to walk politely on a leash….When we went to ‘puppy kindergarten’ the instructor said the harness doesn’t teach etiquette with regards to walking with out pulling…I had get a leash….After a year of painstaking training….He can now walk nicely with a harness….I picked mine up on Amazon…I love it…
