Hello all!  Northstar will again be having our Regional Specialty in October with the Granite City and Wright County Kennel Clubs All breed shows. It will be two of the four all breed days, October 7-8, 2022.  It will be an independent from the all breed shows, so Newfs will have the opportunity to show 6 times that weekend! We are looking for sponsors for our prizes. We already have a couple of wonderful sponsors already. Our prizes will again be mostly Prairie Dog Pottery items.  After doing some reading into what we should have prizes for as a specialty, we have basically been doing the very bare minimum.  I have attached a list what we normally give prizes for and what the cost would be.  The items in green are what we for sure need covered. The items in blue are what we should also be giving prizes for.  We don't always have all of these classes from year to year, and we maybe could even have more then these classes at times.   My mom and I have offered to make the microwave bowl cozies as the first in class prizes. I am asking for a minimum donation of $20 from whomever would like to sponsor a prize.   I have a couple of items that I am looking into raffling as fundraisers for our Specialty.  I have made a quilt (which I will bring to the June meeting for everyone to see) and I had someone who wishes to remain anonymous donate a dog works wagon and leather harness.
