Things have change rapidly since I sent out he request for rsvp on Saturday. The club officers have conferred and decided it would be best to cancel the meeting for Saturday the 21st. The election can still be handled as the ballots were mailed. I will wait until next week to count them incase somebody was planning to bring their ballot(s) to the meeting and will now mail them. I will communicate the results via newflink. When things calm down the board will try to come up with a meeting date. I may be the Cambridge show if it is held.
